Order, delivery and shipment
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. In the unlikely event you run into questions or other problems, please feel free to contact our customer service department. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.
- Placing an order
Edde Fashion ordering process is designed to be as simple as possible. You must first add your desired product to the shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking on the black "Add to cart" button.
Here it is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If this is all in order then press the "Checkout" button. On the information page you need to fill in the correct address details, make sure that all details are entered correctly. When this information is filled in correctly you can press the "Continue Shipping" button.
The "Shipment" page offers the possibility to check again the entered address information. Furthermore, you can see that every shipment is delivered absolutely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always take care of the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by pressing the "Proceed to payment" button.
You can choose from several payment options. At eddefashion.com all payment options are SSL encrypted, this means that you are always assured of a safe payment environment.

After selecting the appropriate payment method you need to press the "Complete Order" button after which you will be redirected to the secure payment environment of your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on the relevant page to complete your order. If you experience any problems placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping costs
We take care of the shipping costs of every order. All of our products are delivered to your home 100% Free with no shipping charges! There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then of course you want to start enjoying it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Below you can see the average time lapse of all our packages:
- After placing an order, we need 1 - 2 business days to process your order. On weekdays it will be 1 business day, but if you order Friday night or on the weekend it may take a little longer.
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and it takes an average of 3 - 7 business days for your order to be delivered.
If you have placed an order with us you can easily check after a few days when your package will arrive. You will receive by mail your personal tracking code with which you can follow your order via our tracking partner ParcelsApp. See our Track & Trace page on how this works.

- Delivery of your order
When your order is delivered you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Want to exchange or return? Then check this page.
Defective product?
How annoying!!! Unfortunately it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.
Lost package?
In case a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always ship a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Import duties
In some cases of our packages, customs will perform a check on the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, that legislation has changed as of July 1, 2021, and unfortunately we have no control over it. In some cases, it may be possible that customs will claim a small amount of import fee. However, no worries! We see that in 99% of cases this will not happen. Are customs fees still being charged? Please contact us.
Delivery during not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office Edde Fashion has incurred the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or is not picked up from the post office it will automatically go back to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct €15 euros from the amount you receive in return.
