1. Where is my package located?
The average delivery time with us is between 5 - 7 business days. Because we are a company that cares about sustainability, we don't want to ship just a few orders every day. To keep our carbon footprint as small as possible, we collect packages in bulk. As soon as there are enough packages, we send them all at once. We hope our customers understand this and that we can all contribute to a more sustainable, healthier world for our children and grandchildren.
2. I have not received my package yet and at this time 20 working days have already passed?
We are very sorry that this has happened. What does your track & trace say? Have you already looked at these? It is possible that a package is being held at customs. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we see that in 95% of the cases the order will still be delivered within 7 days. Have you waited a total of 20 + 7 additional business days for your order? If so, please contact us to look for a solution together.
3. Where can I find the track & trace code?
When your order has been shipped, you will be immediately and automatically sent the Track & Trace code. This process can take about 1 - 5 days to collect and process the order. In some cases the track & trace code may end up in the spam folder, please check it to be sure. In some cases the track & trace code becomes active only after a few working days, please take this into account.
4. How do I track my order?
To track the order, use your track & trace number. We will send this by e-mail. Enter the code on our track & trace page to see the status of your order. Check this page to do so.
5. I am not satisfied with my package
Contact us with explanation + photo/videos about the problem, we will help you quickly if we can.
